Vendor Registration for 2025 Annual Conference
The 2025 Annual Conference will take place at the Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ.
- The United Methodists of Greater New Jersey will meet from May 18-20, 2025.
- The United Methodists of Eastern Pennsylvania will meet from May 20-22, 2025.
We welcome you to represent your ministry and encourage you to use this opportunity to outreach to the United Methodists of Eastern Pennsylvania and Greater New Jersey. Spaces will be granted in the order requests are received, however, UMC organizations are given priority.
We are now accepting display space requests for the 2025 EPA&GNJ Annual Conference Sessions. Click here to submit your request.
Vendor registration requests must be submitted by March 31. Payment for space must be received in full and online at the time of this registration. Payments may not be submitted later by cash or check. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.
