General Council of Finance and Administration form for appointment to an Extension Ministry.
Please take a moment to submit your extension ministry annual report for the year 2022.
Reports are due on Feb. 1, 2023. Please don't forget to include a one page narrative of your ministry with your report. The completed forms should be emailed to the bishop’s office at nmulligan@gnjumc.org with copies being sent to your district superintendent, the Greater New Jersey Conference Board of Ordained Ministry and anyone else on the list that applies to your appointment.
If you are serving outside our conference lines, please send a copy of your report to the bishop where you are located.
