Springfield Emmanuel United Methodist Church is a dynamic congregation where Sunday morning worship is followed each week by a full fellowship dinner. The product of a merger between a suburban English-speaking congregation and an urban German speaking congregation in the 1960’s, Springfield Emmanuel now serves a diverse community with Filipino-American and Hispanic members as well. The congregation has fourteen lay servants, including several conference leaders. Springfield Emmanuel is also served by Pastor Emeritus Hemesias Ares.
