2024 Annual Conference

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for the 2024 GNJ Annual Conference. Please submit the following form if you are interested in serving in the following capacities:

Ushers

Serve in the bar of the conference to guide members and guests regarding seating, distribute materials as needed, and manage the floor during worship services and business of the conference, and other tasks as identified by conference secretary.

Minute Takers

Provide a real time written record of the work of the annual conference for the official Daily Proceedings minutes.  Minute takers serve for one session.

Tellers

Serve on call to count major paper ballots of the conference.  The team receives ballots, leaves the conference session tallies the votes and returns to the conference session after the report to the bishop is completed.
