Church Conference Paperwork Checklist 2024
This is a listing of all reports due for church conferences. This includes the date the report becomes available in Arena, the date the report is due, and the leadership position typically responsible for completing each report.
It is the pastor’s responsibility to ensure that ALL paperwork is completed fully and submitted by each deadline. Please contact your Regional Administrator well in advance if you have any questions.
Please Note: The Directory of Officials and the Nominations Report have been combined into one report in Arena. We no longer require a separate Nominations Report to be submitted. The Directory of Officials report includes space to list at-large committee members, as well as space for additional committees and chairs that may be specific to your church.
