Paperwork Checklist

This is a listing of all reports due for church conferences. This list includes the leadership position typically responsible for completing each report, where and how to complete and submit the reports, and which reports are to be printed by the local church and brought to your conference with enough copies for your members attending and for the presiding elder.

Please Note: The Directory of Officials and the Nominations Report have been combined into one report in Arena. We no longer require a separate Nominations Report. The Directory of Officials report now includes space to list at-large committee members, as well as space for additional committees and chairs that may be specific to your church.
