A Nominations Report is created by each local church and submitted via email to your Regional Administrator. This is due by the same deadline as your other church conference reports.

This report lists positions that are not requested on the Directory of Officials as well as committees that are not represented in full. For example, the Directory only asks a church to name its Finance Chair and not all the members on the Finance Committee. The entire committee would then be represented in full on the Nominations Report.
