Dear United Methodists of EPA (Eastern Pennsylvania Conference) and GNJ (Greater New Jersey Conference),
EPA and GNJ are actively engaged in affiliating ministry and mission. Affiliation, rather than merger, asks the question, what can we do better together than on our own. The following are some of the areas in progress or exploration – communication, cabinets and appointments, youth, camping and retreat ministry, ending the sin of racism, urban ministry, ethnic ministry, regional resourcing and administration, and leadership development.
