HealthFlex Annual Election for 2026 (October 29, 2025 – November 13, 2025)

Our HealthFlex Annual Election period for Clergy and Lay eligible members is October 29, 2025 – November 13, 2025. This is your opportunity to enroll in or waive coverage for yourself; add or remove an eligible child or spouse; waive coverage for eligible dependents on your HealthFlex plan or change your plan altogether!

Elections you make during this period will take effect on January 1, 2026. 

Unless you have previously waived coverage, you will need to access your record through Wespath and renew your selection.

ALEX Benefits Counselor is LIVE and updated for 2026!  Participants can use ALEX to estimate costs and receive a personalized recommendation for their 2026 HealthFlex elections. ALEX will remain available throughout the Annual Election period (October 29, 2025 – November 13, 2025) and participants can visit as often as they would like. We feel it is always beneficial for participants to use ALEX to estimate their costs and to ensure they enroll in the best HealthFlex plan(s) for them in 2026. New in 2026

  • ALEX will give individuals the option to look up actual claims estimates using their BCBS ID and group number (note, you won’t see individual claim details, just the total dollar amount spent).  This data is not being shared directly with Wespath or BCBS.  It is also not being shared or displayed unless the member specifically requests to access it.
  • ALEX will offer to direct individuals to a Medicare education module if applicable, to better understand aspects of Medicare and how they interact with things like HSAs when approaching Medicare age.
  • Free MDLive Services are back beginning January 1, 2026.  Please see flyer below to learn how to access and use this service.
