Director of Family Ministries (Part-Time)
About the Role
St. Paul’s Ocean Grove Church is a dynamic church with a unique ministry context, gathering indoors for 35 weeks of the year and outdoors on the boardwalk for Beach Church each summer.
We are seeking a highly relational, organized, and motivated self-starter to serve as our Family Ministries Director; someone passionate about raising the next generation and empowering volunteers to make a lasting Kingdom impact.
This individual will provide visionary leadership and pastoral care for our Next Gen Ministries, overseeing Anchored Kids (Nursery–5th Grade) and Anchored Students (6th–12th Grade). The right candidate will cultivate a thriving ministry culture where children, students, parents, and volunteers are known, loved, discipled, and equipped to grow in their faith.
Note: Must be able to successfully complete and maintain all Safe Sanctuary requirements, including background checks, reference verification, and required training.
