What is the the year-end statistical report?
Per the Book of Discipline ¶606.7,  All pastors of local churches will need to submit a year-end statistical report each year.  GCFA has provided a website (ezra.gcfa.org) for annual conferences to use to collect the requested information.  The information that is collected is used by the Annual Conference and General Agency Leadership in their decision making processes as well Shared Ministry (Apportionment) assessments.

Why attend the year-end statistical training?
Statistical training provides an opportunity for pastors, treasurers, finance chairs, and other church staff to review the forms, learn about the process and how to complete the forms accurately with Conference Staff.

Why is the training important to attend?
Information that is provided by the church should be as accurate as possible.  The statistical reports are set up in three tables, these tables are updated by GCFA at the change of the quadrennium and 2017 is the beginning of a new quadrennium. Therefore the tables have been updated and some questions have been changed and others added. These new changes will be discussed throughout the training.
