In an effort to address post-election tension, a Just-in-Time Conversation will be held at Drew Theological School on Saturday, December 3, 2016, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm to provide tools for dialogue not debate. There is no fee but registration is required.
Join us as we gather, worship, learn and support each other. This Just-in-Time Conversation will be especially beneficial for laity and clergy in cross-cultural, cross-racial or multicultural settings, as well as anyone who would like to engage in healing conversation. There will be workshops for clergy and laity to provide tools to bring healing to others and ourselves. All are welcome.
The guest speaker will be: Dr. Leah Gunning Francis. Dr. Francis, originally from New Jersey, is the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana and the author of Ferguson and Faith: Sparking Leadership and Awakening Community.
