The Greater New Jersey United Methodist Women will explore the issue of Mass Incarceration of People of Color at its annual Fall meeting, October 20, 2018 from 9 am to 2 pm. The morning worship will include a sermon on the topic of prisons and the responsibility of the servant church. A speaker will help us explore the role of the church in prison reform through legislative means and compassionate witness. A model solitary confinement experience will be offered. After lunch, the annual meeting will occur followed by the installation of GNJUMW officers. The cost is $10 and includes the continental breakfast and lunch.

2:00-2:30pm – Wrap up and clean up
