Benefit Information for Employees Affected by COVID-19
Families First Coronavirus Response Act
Congress has passed and the President has signed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act which will go into effect 4/1/2020.
This law will apply to all private and public employers with fewer than 500 employees.
The new law provides provisions to provide support for those impacted by the Coronavirus through the Emergency Paid Sick Leave and the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Leave Act. Please see link for further details.

Please note employees will not be eligible to receive pay under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act and the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act if the employer closes the business or is asked to go on furlough due to lack of work. (this is addressed in details on questions 23-28)

WeightWatchers Resources & Starter Kit Promotion for HealthFlex Participants
Virtual Workshops for current WW members have been extended through May 30. They are also offering a Starter Kit promotion. Members that enroll by June 27 will receive a cookbook, oven mitt, lunchbox, tote bag and more. HealthFlex covers 50% of the registration fees of WW for participants.
