The Christian Outreach Project seeks to provide free home repairs for those people in northwest New Jersey who do not have the means to pay. Youth and adults from churches donate their caring and skills while learning and growing in the process.

Christian Outreach Project 2021 Program Week | June 27 - July 3

Camp Hoover (pending COVID-19 restrictions)
This overnight program includes worship, team building, and dining activities with crews mixed from different attending groups and travel to/from our job sites, Hoover, and local churches for dinners.

Alternative Modified Day Program (pending COVID-19 restrictions)
Work crews are “podded” and composed of participants from the same group/church who commuted to and from their job sites each day. Only outside jobs where proper social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols could be followed were considered and chosen to receive help. Boxed lunches are dropped off to the crews and much of our worship activities were done on a smaller or virtual basis.

As the year progresses and we get closer to the end of spring and our June start date, the COP Board will keep you apprised of any developments and finalized arrangements.

We are happy to come speak with your group about COP – just ask!  There are available scholarship funds if you have potential participants who are in need of financial help to attend this summer’s program. Please get the group registration form back to me ASAP as our program fills up on a first come, first served basis.
