Ushers
Serve in the bar of the conference to guide members and guests regarding seating, distribute materials as needed, and manage the floor during worship services and business of the conference, and other tasks as identified by conference secretary.
Tellers
Serve on call to count major paper ballots of the conference. The team receives ballots, leaves the conference session tallies the votes and returns to the conference session after the report to the bishop is completed.
