The GNJAC United Methodist Women will hold their Annual Meeting at Pitman's new church on Lamb's Road.
The featured speaker will be M. Garlinda Barton who is the General Secretary of the General Commission on the Status and Role of Women. In that capacity she works to ensure full participation of women in all levels of church life and helps the church to confront and address sexism in the institutions, policies and practices. In addition, she is a great journalist, editor, speaker, advocate and motivator in the church.

- Conversation with M. Garlina Burton
- Telling Our Story... UMW units tell exciting stories about what they are doing and contributions they are making in their churches and communities? lead by Rosa William
- Scrapbook ministry with Kathy Torrence of Pitman- limit 50- bring items, pictures, writings, that relate to the theme- Gratitude.
- Telling our story through music with Rev. Chris Heckert
- New ideas for fund raisers and supporting UMW projects- lead by Tina Van Horn and Sara Burgos
- "Fixing No Child Left Behind"- faith based, justice advocates, and need to improve this program as presented at 2007 National Seminar- Facilitator: Yvonne Booknight
- Extreme makeover from the inside out... based on Romans 11:33-12:2- lead by Rev. Veronica Palmer
- Injustice Issues- Environmental Justice by Grace Rapp and Health Care by Nicole Antionicello as presented at UMW summer national workshops
