  2012 Annual Conference Sessions will be held
  May 31-June 2 at Valley Forge Convention Center,
  1160 1st Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

 

REGISTRATION FOR 2012 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

BEGINS FEBRUARY 21, 2012

 
Registration information and instructions were mailed to all Lay Members on Wednesday, February 8th
 
Clergy may obtain their registration materials below. Packets were not mailed to Clergy Members in keeping with a 2006 Annual Conference mandate to reduce postage costs.
 
To encourage timely registration this year, a Late Fee has been added to those registrations received after March 30, 2012 deadline.  Our hotel contracts require room assignments be made on a rotating basis; early registration does not necessarily mean that you will be housed in an onsite hotel!

Pre-Conference Reports and Legislative Recommendations

Deadline for Submission is Friday, March 2, 2012

 
According to the Standing Rules of the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference, all Reports and Recommendations to be included in the Pre-Conference Workbook for 2012 must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretary and signed by the author(s).  The reports should answer queries related to the Vision and Mission of the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference as recorded on Page 1 of the 2011 Conference Journal.  Please refer to the Pre-Conference Report Instruction sheet below for additional guidelines.
 
In addition to the Annual Report some agencies will undoubtedly have Legislative Recommendations to present to the Annual Conference. This would include proposals, resolutions and/or motions for 2012.  It would also include nominations to be approved by the Annual Conference session. Each recommendation should include a rationale.
