Year End Statistical Reports

All pastors of local churches are required to submit a year-end statistical report each year [The Book of Discipline ¶ 340.2.c)(2)(f)] and it is expected that the GCFA web-based system will be used for this purpose. The deadline is March 30, 2013. Pastors not submitting reports by the deadline will be contacted by their District Superintendent.

Instructions for completion of the 2012 year-end statistical reports are mailed to each local church pastor in mid-January.

The system will be unlocked and available for data entry beginning January 20, 2013. Korean and Spanish translations of the instructions and Tables will also be available.

The web address for the data input system is http://ezra.gcfa.org . Please note that this is a new address! The overall site has been redesigned by GCFA but maintains the look and data entry functions of prior years. A letter from John Cardillo, Conference Treasurer, with the Login information with the church-unique username and passwords will be mailed to all senior pastors in mid-January. Pastors who do not receive, or who have misplaced the letter with the username and password, may call the Conference Office for this information.
