The annual payroll audit form, required of every local church, is available at the Conference web site, http://www.gnjumc.org/pages/detail/407.
FORMS WILL NOT BE MAILED to treasurers. To make submission easier, the form is available for completion in Adobe Reader and in MS Word, which can be submitted via email. A letter from the Conference Property Insurance Committee chair, and instructions for completing and returning the audit are included in the packet. Be sure to download the correct packet for your state!
It is not necessary to have the form filled out by a professional. Persons with access to payroll information and paid bills can complete the audit. Failure to return the audit form can result in a higher premium, as a payroll increase is automatically added to the last available payroll figure for churches that do not return the audit form.
