March 30, 2012 is the deadline for all Greater New Jersey Annual Conference churches to submit their 2011 year-end statistical reports, according to John Cardillo, Treasurer for the Conference. The Conference will be using the new EZRA web-based Year-End Statistical Reporting System developed by the General Council on Finance and Administration of The United Methodist Church for input of 2011 data by local churches. Pastors will electronically submit their data on the system which will also allows them access to several reports related to their church, including year-to-year comparisons in different categories. The address for the data input system is http://ezra.gcfa.org.
A letter containing the unique username and password for each church will be sent to senior pastors during the week of January 16th. A Church User Guide, table instructions and blank sample worksheets are available at the EZRA website.
If you have questions or need help navigating the reporting system, please call Geri Losh, at 1-877-677-2594, ext. 1035 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or via email at glosh@gnjumc.org.
