M Rev. Jim Walker is a United Methodist Pastor at the Hot Me
tal Bridge Faith Community, Pittsburg, PA (look at the video
at the website).  Hot Metal Bridge is an "emerging" or "mis
sional church."  Jesus taught the people that followed Him b
y telling stories about the world around Him.  In the same w
ay Hot Metal Bridge uses drama as a way of sharing the stori
es of the Bible in new and relevant ways.  Hot Metal Bridge
has a weekly homeless ministry, hosting a twice weekly free
meal that is provided by various volunteer groups and church
es from the Pittsburgh area.  They have youth and children's
minnstry every Sunday.  Hot Metal has also built an ongoing
relationship with a church in Mexico.  The trips not only p
rovide a set of working hands, but they also help financiall
y support the minstry as a whole.Pastor Jim is an Ordained E
lder in the United Methodist Church who works with the Weste
rn Pennsylvania Conference of the UMC doing congregational d
