CHURCH CONFERENCE FORMS TO BE POSTED TO THIS SITE ON MONDAY, JULY 20, 2009

Church Conference and Pastoral Support Package forms (for Staff/Pastor Parish Relations Committees) will be  available for download on Monday, July 20, 2009.  Look for "Church Conference Forms" in the Quick Links area. A letter from the District Superintendents with additional instructions will be mailed to all pastors serving churches as well as S/PPRC chairpersons.

Note to Pastors: Please give the forms to the appropriate leadership as early as possible to ensure that they have enough time to compile the necessary information. You will receive the schedule of your annual Church Conference, as well as the agenda and specific details relating to the order of the meeting, from your District Superintendent.
